Gotta Catch 'Em All

I could barely move this phone but I was able to pick up a Pokemon starter deck and start playing the game again today.

A Haircut

This is the amount of hair that came off my head during my haircut today. A valiant effort by the Rays as the Phillies are your 2008 World Champs.

Rocking the Cradle

On my way to class, this kid was displaying some pretty nice tricks with his yo-yo on the bus.

Bedlam in St. Pete

The Rays will face the Phillies in the World Series after ALCS MVP Matt Garza absolutely shut down the Red Sox. What a great way to end quite a roller coaster weekend.

That Autumnal Feel

Nothing beats diving into a pile of leaves in front of the Douglass Student Center as Brett is doing here to show exactly how a perfect autumn day feels.

The Return of Fringe

Finally after 2 weeks, a new episode of Fringe. Joseph Meegar using his abilities to start this car and run over one of his captors. Great episode and next week's seems even better.

Cheeseburger Cheeseburger

One cheeseburger, two-thirds of a pound and fries. Completely filling and the best burger I have ever had. I ate that at 1230 and did not have anything else to eat that entire day. I was that full.

Thermodynamics

The first exam will be on Wednesday. I know most of the material but with my luck the exam will questions that are exponentially more difficult than any others I have done.

This is all you really need to know. White Castle was good tonight.

Fluorescence

Today in lab, I began the fluorescence experiment. This is a picture of the lab room we work in. Cluttered, isn't it? You can tell that some of the equipment is ancient. One of the computers actually has a sticker that says it's Y2K ready. I do, however, enjoy the lab and working with the different equipment.

An Artist's Work

This is work done by Mike Mazzeo. He is very good at drawing things that he can pull up a picture of on the internet. Ironman, Sonic the Hedgehog, and one of Rutgers many logos. All of these took a couple of weeks to do and thankfully nobody has erased them and won't erase them for a while.

Lady Bombers Soccer

This is the defensive line of the Lady Bombers middle school soccer team. That is my sister in the middle. She is an absolute rock on defense, while I was more of a flash and dash goal scorer at right wing. They played Linwood today and dominated winning 7-2.

Movie Day

Today was movie day at the OCSA office. During this movie my friend Rania took my camera and got this picture of me with Mark in the background. She clearly thought "City of Angels" was boring. I will get a picture of her one day getting shived. It will be glorious.

Woodbridge Mall

This is outside the Playmobil store in the mall. While we were at the mall, Tom found the majority of his Joker costume for Halloween. It looks pretty good and I think he will pull it off very nicely. Today I found the perfect tie for my costume. I can't wait to be Harvey Dent.

No Work

Well this is my schedule for next week. Granted, I only work the weekends but come on. I don't even get a Sunday. And it's not like I'm loaded up on Saturday either. Barely 4 hours. That's pathetic. I guess I won't know what money is for the next couple of weeks.

Ultimate Frisbee

Every Friday after classes, I usually go to Werblin and get an ultimate frisbee going. It's pretty fun usually, but since it was so windy today it was kind of chaotic. After we started, a bunch of other people came and asked us if we wanted to join them. It ended up being a pretty large 8-on-8 game.

I Am Ironman!!

I picked up Ironman on Blu-Ray on Tuesday and today I had some time to watch it. Still just as good as when I saw it to open the summer movie season. Until The Dark Knight came out, this was the best superhero movie made in my opinion.

The Show

Since I only have one class today, I actually had time to play video games. Today I played MLB 08: The Show for PS3 online. I only had time to play one game but it turned out pretty well. I was the Tampa Bay Rays against the New York Yankees. I completely pwned this guy winning 7-0 on the strength of a 2-hitter by Andy Sonnanstine of all people. Oh well. I guess it'll be a couple months before I can play again.
